This project is a personal labor of love. My desire to honor the memories of these Poles has led me to decide to put this project together.

What started as researching my Polish heritage eventually led me to this fascinating story that is virtually unknown today and very little available on it, let alone in English.Because of this I am building this site to serve as a virtual museum of sorts honoring the men who volunteered to fight for Poland.
